By no means do I call myself a writer, but rather define myself as someone who shares one's thoughts via writing. Ok, getting complicated now and since I am not overly concerned with "titles", then let it be whatever it is. However, the truth is that I have been writing since as long as I remember myself being able to hold a pen and knowing the alphabet. Already as a youngster, I had drawers stacked with scrapbooks and diaries (yes, then mainly focusing on the "teenager's hard life" and soppy love poems). Later on in life I consciously shifted my focus on observing people and writing about them. And thereafter, whilst constantly growing as a human being and professional myself, I also started analysing, questioning, and defining what I saw. I "came out of the closet" as a person who observes-questions-analysis-writes in 2014 when I became a co-author of the Estonian leadership mag "Director". The rest is history and...future!
