CHEERS TO HEALTHY!
Sometimes you eat salad and work out, whilst other days you munch on cream cakes and turn into a couch potatoe. It is all about a balance, and all good things in reasonable quantities is healthy - correct or correct?! Yet, being healthy is no longer “someone’s private venture”, but has become an integral part of every successful organization’s strategy and culture. It is super simple really since healthy people=healthy organization= healthy results! This time I’m writing about unconventional (nope, not the usual “gym and smoothies to everyone” since healthy is waaaaay more: it is a good balance between one’s body and mind, i.e. wellness from the inside out and outside in) health-oriented methods how to make healthy übercool for everyone, and in any kind of organization. Plus, this subject is super important for me personally - being the self-confessed fitness fanatic with an abnormally happy mind. ;) What’s your healthy you, team, organization all about?
